MACRO MODULATION

The Macro Modulation element is designed to teach how to break through a client's plateau using advanced ELEMENTAL techniques.

 

Even for the most experienced consultant, breaking through a plateau with a client can be a big challenge whatever diet plan you chose to work with.  You will learn advance techniques of macronutrient modulation (protein, carbs and fat) to break through these plateaus.  Most importantly, you will learn how to use them, when to use them and which ones to use for better and faster body transformation results.

FUNCTIONAL MEDICINE

The Functional Medicine element provides trainers with deep knowledge about 5 major hormones, enabling them to understand how the body reacts with food, stress and the environment.

 

Understanding Functional Medicine is key to finding the weakest links in someone’s body transformation journey.  It’s not about being an expert or a doctor, it’s about understanding how a “misalignment” in one’s biochemistry can impair results or even stop them.  Finding the heart of the problem facilitates body transformation for the client. By having a nutrition plan that is less restrictive, having better training or activity sessions and helping with the psychological aspect of training, trainers can create positive changes.  In technical terms, learning how all the hormones work and interact with each other is key.

PSYCHOLOGY

The Psychology element is designed to teach how to understand the psychology of a client, learn about female and male psychological differences, recognize their non-verbal reactions and how to create a high impact mental framework to amplify results.

 

Any consulting approach should emphasize Psychology.  It is the most important of the 5 ELEMENTAL pillars.  No matter how much you study, how much you control your theory, if you can't read and connect with your client, you will not generate sustainable results.  You’ll learn how to interpret the non-verbal clues, the difference in the way men and women think and how to interact with a client.  "A good coach is someone who the athlete/client believes in and trusts…if a trainer is good on top of that, even better!" NUTRITION

The Nutrition element is designed to offer key insights into diet plan design, how to choose the right technique, and the key steps to take to change habits and provide lasting results.

 

A body transformation is impossible without a proper nutrition plan.  It is the foundation on which all other elements rest.  You’ll learn about the digestive process and how it influences body transformation.  Because there is no such thing as a one-size-fits-all nutrition plan, different approaches will be discussed. You’ll learn how to choose the right one for your client’s needs, physiology, life style and goals.  This is the basis for the more advanced Macro-modulation module included in the ELEMENTAL approach.

TRAINING

The Training element teaches how to design a body transformation training and exercise structure that is adapted to a client's goals and circumstances.

 

A multifaceted approach is at the heart of the ELEMENTAL approach. It’s not just what you believe in but it's what’s best and most realistic for your client.  Time at work, kids, and commuting issues can all be a challenge for clients. Training in a gym with a personal trainer 4 times a week might not be the best option or even possible for them.  You will learn about other possibilities, how to plan them, how to choose a training regimen that suits your client’s need for a better and sustainable body transformation.
